More info

The villa is self-sufficient by means of its two onboard generators, a freshwater maker and a sewage treatment system to provide a yacht-like onboard experience with the comfort of a luxury home. For overnight stays or longer static periods, the villa can be raised above the waterline through means of 4 hydraulically operated jack-up legs to provide land-based comfort overlooking the water. The villa is designed as a commercial vessel to allow for chartering with a full yacht code compliant crew interior accommodation.
